Procesul legislativ ca factor de anomie în perioada de tranziție
The Legislative Process as Anomic Factor in the Transition Period
Sorin M. Rădulescu
Abstract: The change of the political regime in Romania is induced an extensive condition of anomie, characterized by a deep conflict between the legal norms which represented the social order of the former regime and the new after-revolution normative regulations. This condition of anomie is amplified today by the legislative anarchy and the disability of the law for accommodating the values that the revolution has gained with new realities of the Romanian society.
