Socio-historical benchmarks in the study of collective property in two rural communities near the ancient border

Abstract: The article describes the attitudes of the community towards the collective property. The study consists in three parts: an introductive presentation of a collective property located on the former border separating two communes from Bistri]a-N\s\ud county, a description of the collective property nowadays and an analysis of the manner the villagers legitimate the rights upon the property.
